What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and iDeal. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at info@roses-violets.com, and we will review what is possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.


Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over €30.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs €4.95.

How long will delivery take?
Germany: 5-8 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
International: 7-14 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Returns & Warranty

Can I return a product?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.

How do I return my order?
Send an email to info@roses-violets.com with your order number.
You will receive instructions for the return.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by water, perfume, or improper use.

Our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and 18K gold plating.

Is the jewelry waterproof?
Some pieces are water-resistant, but we recommend not wearing them while showering or swimming.
